RELAXATION MASSAGE CLASS

The Relaxation Massage class is the prerequisite for both the Deep Tissue and the Stone massage classes.

The Relaxation Massage Class will guide students through the important foundation and key elements of delivering a professional massage, along with various important aspects of theory and practical client treatment and care.

​

Some of the included topics are basic anatomy, client intake forms, scope of practice, contra-indications, correct body mechanics and posture, professional draping techniques, marketing recommendations, etc. 

 

During their class students apply newly developing skills as they practice a very detailed full body massage sequence, with ongoing support and coaching from the instructor.

Dive right into this class, rewarding learning for any skill level. Students will be both giving and receiving massages.
