WHAT BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER INTO MASSAGE CLASSES?

The Relaxation Massage class is a perfect fit for those entering the field of massage. So there is no massage background requirement.

The Relaxation massage class is a prerequisite for the Advanced classes of -

Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and the Advanced Stone massage classes.

CAN I REGISTER FOR MORE THEN ONE CLASS AT A TIME?

Yes, for example, you could take the Relaxation Massage class and then the Deep Tissue massage class a few days later.

WHERE CAN I FIND WORK AFTER?

Many of our students are self-employed, working out of their home or offering a mobile-massage, finding employment at local Day spas, Whistler spas, Health clinics or working out of a rental space in a gym or a hair salon...many options....

DO WE NEED TO BRING MODELS TO THE CLASS?

In our massage classes, the students work on one another.
Receiving a massage creates additional levels of learning and awareness as well.

MASSAGE CLASSES ARE CERTIFIED. DOES THAT MEAN THAT I WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE?

There are criteria to fulfill in order to receive and be eligible for a certificate.
The criteria involves several factors, including full attendance, skill levels achieved and coach-ability during the class and submitting quotas correctly and within the given deadlines.

WHAT ABOUT LIABILITY INSURANCE?

All of our massage classes are recognized for professional liability insurance.

ARE THE STONE SETS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE HOT STONE CLASS?

Stone sets are sold separately from the class fee.
In the Hot Stone class, students are taught the use of both the Hot Basalt stones and the Cold Marble stones.
